Me and my friend went for a girls weekend away qnr this hotel did not disappoint! Staff were so friendly upon check in, asking us what our plans were as well as recommending some great places to visit for food and drinks whilst we were there. Despite arriving earlier than expected out room was ready, we were given a room with a great view and it was huge too! Bed was super comfortable and great for two people who like to spread out and still not be touching. Bathroom was beautiful and we loved having some complimentary drinks too in the fridge, it was great considering me and my friend don't drink. Our room had plenty of towels which is just brilliant - it's the small details they don't forget, as well as really good lighting in the bathroom and a massive mirror by the door which is great for getting ready and taking those pre night pictures The hotel provides everything you need from plenty of storage space, coat hangers, two places for hanging your clothes up, iron and board, as well as so many plug sockets so you don't have to compromise charging your phone to turn your straightners on. What we thought was a really nice touch was putting plug sockets in the bathroom so you can use all your hair appliances without having to sit on the bed as usual (need to bring travel adapter to use) The hotel is in a great location and just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants Breakfast is on until 12pm which is great for those who don't like having to get up before 9am on weekends with such a great buffet selection, way better than any other hotel breakfast and honestly delicious too. Staff were really welcoming too and always so smiley Parking is a two minute walk from the hotel too which is just brilliant after a long car journey with luggage We will definitely be booking this hotel again!

On arrive I was checked in by a very pleasant lady named DOM and Adam, Sorry I didn't get your full name but this ladies customer service was 10/10 she checked me in so well and sorted out a free upgrade with management for my stay which was for business and leisure. My room was amazing and was so so happy with my upgrade, this really helped with my business meetings I had while staying here. I am so pleased to say that it's not just the room that amazed me the staff downstairs at the restaurant also amazing too, just to highlight Jake the waiter and Pilippo the chef. The food cooked for me and my guest was 10/10. Overall I was so grateful to experience this hotel as its really what you pay for, my room on the top floor, the amenities in the room, The breakfast, dinner, and the bar. Great location too for Trafford Centre as a few stops on tram outside of this hotel. My tiktok account and other celebrities I shared this with will definitely be booking and I sure will again too. Sorry my review is a little late. Many thanks to all!

A lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities, great vale for the price, a good size room and a big comfortable double bed, clean, the bathroom facilities were great extra large sink was ideal, it’s was pleasantly quiet at night even though it was a busy area, close to the tram service, restaurants and services. I tried the sauna which was amazing, the service was excellent and the staff were lovely. Not to forget breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety, slightly expensive for one person but well worth the price in my opinion The city view was also grand, especially for the price of the room compared to similar hotels

We arrived having accidently booked for the wrong dates, however the staff were accommodating, especially one employee named Jess, and booking.com managed to get our already paid £90 deducted from £205 which was the price for one night due to low availability. This was certainly over priced, however we were aware this was our own mistake. Around the £100-£115 mark I think is an acceptable price for a night here all things considered.

The room was lovely, minimally decorated, clean, comfy and smelling nice, with a beautiful city view. Complementary drinks in the mini fridge was a really special touch. Great powerful, hot shower, with shampoo and body wash available. And when I checked out, the young lady on the front desk, named Dominika, was very helpful and efficient.
